Stella

Stella, our beautiful girl, passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 14, leaving behind a home and hearts that will never quite feel the same.

Rescued from Petsmart in Millbury, Stella came into our lives and immediately made herself unforgettable. She was charismatic, beautiful, and wonderfully uncoordinated—a cat with endless personality and a presence that filled every room she entered. She didn’t just live in our home; she ruled it, with confidence, charm, and the kind of love only a pet can give so completely.

She shared her home with her brother, Marty, though “shared” might be a generous term. The two maintained more of a lifelong rivalry than a friendship, with Stella making it very clear who was in charge. Their relationship was filled with side-eyes, silent standoffs, and the occasional dramatic reminder that personal space was not optional.

To Mommy and Daddy, Sarah and Luke, Stella was never “just a cat.” She was family. She was the one waiting at home, the quiet comfort on hard days, the familiar little shadow who made every ordinary moment feel special. Whether she was demanding attention, claiming the best spot in the house, or tumbling through life with her signature clumsy grace, she made our lives brighter simply by being in them.

Losing her leaves an emptiness that words cannot fully capture. Fourteen years could never feel like enough.

She gave us unconditional love, endless memories, and a bond that time will never erase. Though our hearts are broken, we are so grateful for every moment we had with her.

Stella will be missed beyond measure, loved forever, and remembered always.
